Join us for the Season Preview Show and Dinner

Saturday, August 2nd , 5:00 PM (Call time for students – 4:00)

Parents, alumni, friends and family are invited to join us for the 2014 Preview Show on Saturday in the HS stadium. Come out and see what the Lionhearts have accomplished during Band Camp, and meet the students, staff, and boosters. 

After the show, join us in the cafeteria for a delicious Buca di Beppo’s dinner, and get the information you need for the upcoming season. Don’t forget your checkbook! The boosters will be taking orders for T-shirts*, collecting the mandatory $20 booster fee**, and selling seat cushions and fans to help us tolerate the seats and heat during football games!

*Show shirts will be provided to all marching students for free. An extra may be purchased for your Lionheart for convenience. Boosters will be taking orders for family members who want to show support for the band at the games, etc. Form is available here: http://www.mphsbandboosters.org/file-cabinet

**Who are the Band Boosters? YOU ARE! Every parent with a child in the Lionheart Band, Concert Band, Percussion Ensemble, or Jazz Band is a Band Booster! In the past, the Pride Board at MPHS collected a fee to pay for insurance. This board no longer exists, so the Band Boosters must purchase our own coverage. The $20 annual fee per family is mandatory to help us pay for this coverage. This fee is separate from the band fees paid at book collection.
