Greetings Band Families:

On behalf of Mr. Hartgrove we would like to pass on information regarding the band assessment fees. In the next day or so you will be receiving a separate email from our treasurer with an updated account statement for your student. Please remember this assessment fee is required of all band students and is not a fee charged by the boosters. The booster treasurer just tracks payments at the request of Mr. Hartgrove.

At this point concert-only band students should have paid their $200 assessment fee in full. Marching students should have paid at least $300 of the $500 marching/concert fee. These fees need to be paid in the bookstore and the pink receipt turned into Mr. Hartgrove.

Please take advantage of the chocolate sale that is currently being offered as your student can earn $30 per case sold. Cases that were checked out as of Friday need to be paid for in the bookstore by October 3rd. Additional cases have been ordered and will be available starting on Monday.

Future student fundraising opportunities will be discussed at the next parent band meeting on October 16th. Please join us for this meeting at 6 p.m. in the band room to learn about more ways your student can earn money for their assessment fees.

If there is a financial hardship, please contact Mr. Hartgrove directly at jhartgrove@tuhsd.k12.az.us. Any arrangement between you and Mr. Hartgrove is kept confidential and as such the treasurer does not have access to that information. Please disregard if you have already made financial arrangements with Mr. Hartgrove.
